Owner Nadège Varigny left her job as a waitress at Yves Camdeborde’s Le Comptoir to open her own organ meat–loving place, near Notre Dame Cathedral, last April. Chef Sarah Baraudon maintains the Camdeborde influence, referencing many of his recipes. The look of the room is very playful, with murals of the eponymous French comic-strip character, whose name means “have a good time.”
