Bertrand Auboyneau’s adorable restaurant has all the trappings of an authentic bistro: cramped marble-topped tables, a zinc bar and lace curtains. After 10 years, the market-based chalkboard menu still offers reliability, freshness and the odd surprise. The fine 400-odd-bottle list has an emphasis on Burgundies.
