Tom is Tom Aikens, a chef many call a genius—which accounts for the crowds in this farmhouse kitchen/industrial loft space with wood floors, big wooden tables and white tiling. The chef is Ollie Couillaud (from La Trompette in Chiswick), with Aikens sometimes appearing in the open kitchen. The food is unlike the flagship Aikens: rustic bistro dishes in huge portions made with organic ingredients.

Côte de boeuf for two; spaghetti alla vongole.
