Chef-owner Asha Jhaveri seems to keep improving her always-packed vegetarian restaurant without ever raising the incredibly low prices (no dish costs much more than $1). The latest upgrade includes sleek steel tables and a polished gray granite floor; her recent additions to the menu of traditional dishes normally cooked only at home are too numerous to list.
