This cozy new tapas bar in a 1950s French Concession mansion has a surprising secret ingre-dient—Barcelona chef Alberto Servalls. The unassuming Servalls trained at Spain’s three-Michelin-star Sant Pau and El Bulli, but there’s nothing avant-garde here: just an animated crowd on high banquettes that face the bar, having classic tapas and well-priced wines and sangria.
