Served in a Causeway Bay space with authentically worn tile floors, a zinc-topped bar and a glass pastry case overflowing with pâtisseries and baguettes, the bistro staples—croque-monsieur, frisée aux lardons, steak frites—are as good as anyone might find in Paris.
