The decor at this moody, exotic nouveau-Indian restaurant evokes the Silk Road era, borrow-ing from cultures with which India traded: There are antiques and artifacts, hand-carved chairs and richly colored textiles from Bali, Thailand, Java and China. The menu remains rooted in the homeland, with many dishes cooked in the tandoor, while the notable wine list includes extensive New World offerings.
