In the ultraswank Al Qasr hotel, Al Hambra is decked out like the Moorish palace from which it takes its name. Chef Alfonso de la Dehesa honors his Spanish roots with seafood paella, while the more ambitious tapas reflect his time at Spain’s avant-garde El Bulli and Arzak. The impeccable service is sometimes comical, with a mostly Asian staff charmingly mimicking Spanish accents.
