Rapping the Food News: Why Your Soft Drinks Just got Safer

Brominated vegetable oil is probably best known as a flame retardant, but it’s also one of those secret ingredients in our food that you'll find if you look to the bottom of the fine print on the label. The campaign to get it out of our soft drinks marched on this week as Coca-Cola announced that it would be pulling it out of Powerade. FWx MC and Do or Dine co-owner Justin Warner is a health conscious man and he has a few opinions about brominated vegetable oil in his beverages.
