What: We won’t lie — microwavable Hot Pockets can be a pretty effective hangover cure in pinch. But chef James Rigato takes the concept and goes way upscale with his “Hock Pocket” — that’d be house-smoked ham-hock, aged cheddar, onion, and broccoli, all cradled in a hand-made butter crust. Golden brown, hand-held and meat-stuffed. What more could we ask for?

Wash it down with: Something light and refreshing, like the “Hazel Park & Parcel,” with vodka, Aperol, grapefruit, and lime.
