When you get to that point in your day where you need a moment of zen and a break from the world around you, watch this video of chocolate cigarettes being made. There's something so satisfying about the dark and white chocolate neatly roll into their perfectly striped little tubes.
To make these beautiful chocolate cigarettes, you're going to need an angled palette knife, a chocolate scraper, dark chocolate, white chocolate, and a decorating comb. First, melt the white chocolate and spread a swath of it with the palette knife onto a smooth surface. Next, comb straight through it with a decorating comb to make a plane of long, white stripes. Level off the edges with a sweep of the chocolate scraper. Next, spread the melted dark chocolate over the white chocolate with the palette knife. Once again, level off the edges with the palette knife.
Now that you have your surface of alternating chocolate stripes, you're ready to shape it into the chocolate cigarettes. Using the chocolate scraper, angled down to just above horizontal, carefully roll the chocolate stripes into neat little cigarettes.
