2008 FOOD & WINE CLASSIC IN ASPEN EXHIBITORS
For 26 years, the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen has been the premier culinary and wine event of its kind. Each June, FOOD & WINE magazine hosts 5,000 highly targeted consumers, members of the restaurant industry and press in the glorious Rocky Mountains. The three-day weekend brings FOOD & WINE to life with cooking demonstrations, food samplings and wine tastings. Seminars led by superstars of food and wine—such as Lidia Bastianich, Bobby Flay, Danny Meyer, Jacques Pépin, Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Joshua Wesson—provide a world-class educational and entertaining experience.
GRAND TASTING PAVILION
Located in downtown Aspen, FOOD & WINE's Grand Tasting Pavilion commands center stage from Friday through Sunday. During five consumer Grand Tastings and two Private Trade Grand Tastings, 5,000 wine and food enthusiasts make their way through the tents sampling wines and culinary delights from around the world.
