The FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen is a highly publicized weekend of cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, parties and more. In 2014, FOOD & WINE will again bring together some of the most renowned talent, such as Michael Symon, Jacques Pépin, José Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and many others.

Celebrity chefs, renowned wine experts, parties and the famed Grand Tasting Pavilion come together in one breathtaking setting. The Classic brings the pages of FOOD & WINE to life and can put your brand in direct contact with an audience of 5,000 supremely qualified consumers and industry insiders.

ABOUT THE GRAND TASTING PAVILION

Located in downtown Aspen, FOOD & WINE's Grand Tasting Pavilion commands center stage from Friday through Sunday. During five consumer Grand Tastings and two Private Trade Grand Tastings, wine and food enthusiasts make their way through the tents sampling wines and culinary delights from around the world.

Exhibitor Benefits

Exhibitor Table
Each application is for one (1) exhibitor table within the Grand Tasting Pavilion. Each exhibitor table consists of a six-foot table with linens, access to dry storage, chilling tubs for wine, ice, spittoons and a custom event banner positioned above the table.

Exhibitor Passes
Two (2) complimentary exhibitor passes are provided per exhibitor table for personnel working the event. Exhibitor passes provide access to all Grand Tastings and, on a space-available basis, entrance to cooking demonstrations and wine tasting seminars. Everyone is required to wear a valid event pass at all times, in all venues for all events.

Exhibitors may purchase up to two additional passes at the discounted price of $1,085 each, while supplies last. Any passes above this amount will be available at the full pass price of $1,350, while supplies last. Once approved, exhibitors will receive email notification on how to purchase additional exhibitor passes.

Event Program Guide
Each year, FOOD & WINE publishes and distributes an event program titled Tasting Notes. All exhibitors will be listed in the program, which will be distributed on site to all 5,000 attendees. Please be sure to list your brand name on the application as you would like it to appear in Tasting Notes.

FOR WINE EXHIBITORS ONLY
WINE INVENTORY AND DISTRIBUTION
Colorado law dictates that a licensed Colorado distributor must deliver and handle all wine, spirits and beer for the FOOD & WINE Classic. It is mandatory that you include your Colorado distributor on the exhibitor application form. If you do not have a Colorado distributor, please contact fwclassicinaspen@timeinc.com and we will forward the necessary distribution information. Please be advised that the distributing process can take up to eight weeks and will be an additional cost to you.
