The FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen is a highly publicized weekend filled with celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, parties and the famed Grand Tasting Pavilion. Now in its 33rd year, the Classic is widely seen as the premier culinary event in America.
In 2015, FOOD & WINE will again bring together some of the most renowned talent, such as Michael Symon, Jacques Pépin, José Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons, and many others, for this dynamic 3-day event.
The Classic brings the FOOD & WINE brand to life and can put your brand in direct contact with an audience of 5,000 affluent and supremely qualified consumers and industry insiders.
ABOUT THE GRAND TASTING PAVILION
Located in downtown Aspen, FOOD & WINE's Grand Tasting Pavilion commands center stage from Friday through Sunday. During five consumer Grand Tastings and two Private Trade Grand Tastings, wine and food enthusiasts make their way through the tents sampling wines and culinary delights from around the world.
Based on their experience at the 2014 Classic in Aspen, here is what the 2014 Exhibitors have to say:

Each application is for one (1) exhibitor table within the Grand Tasting Pavilion. Each exhibitor table consists of a six-foot table with linens, access to dry storage, chilling tubs for wine, ice, spittoons and a custom event banner positioned above the table.
Two (2) complimentary exhibitor passes are provided per exhibitor table for personnel working the event. Exhibitor passes provide access to all Grand Tastings and, on a space-available basis, entrance to cooking demonstrations and wine tasting seminars. Everyone is required to wear a valid event pass at all times, in all venues for all events, even when working at the exhibitor table.
Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased while supplies last. Pass prices for 2015 are to be determined. Once approved, exhibitors will receive email notification on how to purchase additional exhibitor passes.

WINE INVENTORY AND DISTRIBUTION
Colorado law dictates that a licensed Colorado distributor must deliver and handle all wine, spirits and beer for the FOOD & WINE Classic. It is mandatory that you include your Colorado distributor on the exhibitor application form. If you do not have a Colorado distributor, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward the necessary distribution information. Please be advised that the distributing process can take up to eight weeks and will be an additional cost to you.
Applications for the 2015 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen will be available in January 2015.
