American Express is proud to present the 25th annual Restaurant Trade Program at the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen and to celebrate this special anniversary from Thursday, June 19th – Saturday, June 21st. For the past 25 years, the American Express Restaurant Trade Program, developed for the professionals who shape the world of hospitality, has brought together chefs, restaurant operators and leading industry professionals for a two-day program featuring networking events and dynamic panel discussions with some of the industry's brightest stars.

Held at Aspen’s historic Hotel Jerome, the Restaurant Trade Program will feature a diverse group of noteworthy chefs including Tom Colicchio, Graham Elliot, Danny Meyer, and Jonathan Waxman, among others.
