Ever dream of owning a sprawling oceanside hideaway, but that it would cost too much? Chances are, you can afford $1.45 a year in rent. No, we didn’t get our decimal point wrong or forget to add the word “million.” This is an actual farm up for lease in Wales.

Part of the deal of the low price is that who ever takes over the farm will be in charge of herding and shearing a flock of 416 sheep as part of the non-profit’s conservation efforts.
