The Terrifying "Cthurkey": Now that the turducken has been accepted into the mainstream, there’s a new hybrid roast in town and it’s the stuff nightmares are made of. Inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulu, the Cthurkey is an octopus-stuffed turkey with king crab legs all topped with a few strips of bacon for good measure.
Insect Bitters: If you can’t bring yourself to eat crickets, would you drink them? The cutely named Critter Bitters are a line of cocktail bitters made with toasted crickets. There are currently four flavors: vanilla cricket, cacao cricket, toasted almond cricket and prune cricket.
