This week, Top Chef Masters winner Richard Blais opened Juniper & Ivy, his new restaurant in San Diego, CA. Blais says the 7,500-square-foot venue will focus on his version of comfort food—think chicken-fried oysters—and have less of a molecular bent than his other spot, The Spence in Atlanta. Not surprisingly, the chef is already posting great photos from the restaurant to his Instagram and Juniper & Ivy's dedicated Instagram has more.
