Kitchen Essential: My mom bought and seasoned a crêpe pan for me during my sophomore year of college, and I’ve been eating crêpes on a regular basis ever since. I couldn’t imagine my kitchen without that pan.

Most Pined-Over Lunch: I recently moved back to Arizona, and I miss NYC’s food trucks. My goal was to try all of them, but with a new truck popping up almost every week, it was difficult. Favorites: Waffles & Dinges (for the pulled pork waffle) and Taïm Mobile.

Cooking Challenge: I’ve been trying to cook healthy, filling foods nightly for my husband and myself. In the first three months of our marriage, we haven’t replicated a meal once—let’s see how long that can last.
