1. Tuscan Fresco
Sweet peach nectar, tangy white cranberry juice and lemon juice make for a terrific summer spritzer. The drink is garnished with an aromatic rosemary sprig.

2. Cucumber Cooler
This muddled cocktail calls for fresh pineapple chunks and cooling cucumber water.

3. Strawberry & Ginger Cooler
Spicy and sweet, this tall mocktail calls for both fresh ginger and ginger beer.

4. Pom-Pom
Mango nectar, pomegranate juice and cloves give this vibrant drink a tiki-esque flavor.

5. Virgin Mojito
This mocktail is just like the boozy version, except there’s no rum and ginger ale instead of soda water.

6. Lilikoi
A terrific mimosa stand-in at brunch, this tangy drink is made with mango puree, passion fruit nectar and fresh citrus juices.

7. New Orleans Buck
Traditionally, a buck is made with lemon or lime juice, a spirit and ginger ale. This one swaps out the booze for pineapple juice.

8. Virgin Strawberry Bellinis
The key to this recipe is a fresh-made strawberry syrup.
