This Sunday, April 27, star chefs will come together in Los Angeles to support the Alzheimer’s Association and to honor legendary cookbook author Paula Wolfert, who revealed her Alzheimer’s diagnosis in 2013 and has since become an important activist for the disease. On the Mediterranean menu: Rabbit with preserved pears and ginger, duck with green olives, pan-roasted cauliflower with pine nuts and raisins, porchetta, roasted lamb and more. The incredible group of L.A. chefs participating in the event includes Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger, Nancy Silverton and Kris Yenbamroon. Aside from the feast there will be cooking demos, a silent auction and a talk from Wolfert. Tickets start at $75 and can be purchased here.
