F&W Chef-in-Residence Mario Batali makes killer pasta sauces, such as this tomato sauce. If you really want to cook like Batali, you can now train with his disciples at Del Posto, his elegant, high-end Italian restaurant in New York City. On Saturday, May 10, Del Posto and F&W will team up to offer a master class in the art of sauce making. The second class in Del Posto’s Passport to Italian Cuisine series, it will begin with a Bellini (the best way to prepare for an afternoon of cooking) and end with a family-style meal of the dishes students learned to make during the class, like classic ragù Bolognese.
