F&W's Ray Isle shares what he's drinking now: rosé Champagne that's for the beach and a fantastic Australian Riesling.

2002 Mitchell Watervale Riesling ($18) I pulled this Australian white out of my cellar and was impressed by how well it had aged. The '02s are long gone, but the 2012 is another great vintage.

2012 Château d'Epiré Cuvée Spéciale Savennières ($25) This taut French white, poured by the glass at The Nomad Hotel's Library in NYC, is one of my favorite wines for idle conversation over the butter-dipped radishes.

NV Paul Bara Grand Rosé Brut ($55) I took this pristine grower Champagne to drink on the beach in the Grand Caymans (in an ice bucket–warm Champagne is awful).
