For the first day of spring, TV-star chef Curtis Stone is taking over F&W's Instagram to show his team's recent trip to Castroville, the central California town that grows some of the best artichokes in the world. The mission: harvest fresh artichokes to feature at Stone's amazing first restaurant, the just-opened Maude in Beverly Hills.
