Although our Chefs-in-Residence are some of America's most incredible cooks, we're inspired by the simple food they make at home. Here's how Andrew Zimmern eats on a typical day.

8 A.M.
I'm having coffee and a bite of whatever my son is having. I'm not hungry until I get to the office at 9, and then I ravage the break room for baked goodies. I am awful.

8 P.M.
We always have simple roasts and grills at home.

Cold Chinese take-out, leftover pizza or grilled cheese on raisin toast... Told you I'm awful.
