Like Arsenio Hall, ice bars are another '90s phenomenon making a comeback. One of the first was at Sweden's Icehotel. Now, at NYC's Minus5, bartenders serve vodka drinks in ice tumblers. Boston's Frost Ice Bar provides insulated capes and gloves to keep customers cozy.
