Two Spanish restaurants are partnering with mixed-media artists to bring gallery-worthy experiences into the dining room.

41 Degrees, Barcelona
Inspired by the carved ice cubes at this tapas bar owned by Ferran and Albert Adrià, artist Javier Milara has installed Frosted Rain, with Renaissance art images projected on screens that resemble ice shards. 41grados.es.

El Celler de Can Roca, Girona
The Roca brothers are working with artist Franc Aleu to build a domed, 12-seat space at their Michelin-starred restaurant to host experimental meals integrating food with music, sound and visual projections. cellercanroca.com.
