Chris Lilly's Quick Barbecued Chicken

This weekend, New York's Madison Square Park will transform from a calm city park into a meat-and-smoke-filled urban barbecue pit. It's the 10th anniversary of the Big Apple Barbecue Block Party and pit masters from across the country will be there to show off their best ribs, brisket and more. One of the talented experts on the roster is Chris Lilly from Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q in Alabama. While Lilly will serve pulled pork shoulder at the event, home cooks can try his delicious and quick grilled chicken with a Big Bob signature, creamy white barbecue sauce.
