Crispy, Crunchy Gluten-Free Chicken Wings

Almond-Crusted Chicken
Food & Wine Facebook fans have expressed an interest in more recipes being identified as gluten-free. One of our favorite gluten-free recipes comes from a staff meal at Mario Batali’s Casa Mono. Instead of bread crumbs, chopped almonds add amazing crunch to chicken wings served with a fast and tangy lemon aioli.
