According to Susan Roberts in a recent Daily Beast post, you know you have "restaurant syndrome" when you 1. Eat out. 2. Eat out too much. 3. Feel bad. 4. Repeat. Roberts, a nutritionist, goes on to say that "the problem with eating out in America today is that it’s making us fat" and offers laughable tips like "accidentally" spilling water on any leftover French fries.
