Where are they now?

Tragedy struck Fleur de Lys in 2001 when a fire burned the restaurant to the ground. A year later, it was fully renovated and open for business. Since then, Keller has opened two other restaurants—Burger Bar and Fleur de Lys—both in Las Vegas. He also plans to open a steak house called Sleek and a second Burger Bar in St. Louis in 2007. His television show, Hubert Keller: Secrets of a Chef, premieres on PBS nationwide in summer 2007.
