Where are they now?

McGrath—best known for taking campfire cuisine upscale at Roaring Fork, which he opened in Scottsdale in 1996—sold the operation in October of 2006 and announced his plan to take some time off. Barely two months later, he was back in the kitchen, celebrating his purchase and subsequent re-opening of Pischke’s Paradise, a neighborhood pub in downtown Scottsdale, originally created by his late friend Chris Pischke. He also plans to open Restaurant Rem in Arizona’s Paradise Valley in the fall of 2007.
