Where are they now?

After Adams became the sole owner of Rialto in January 2007, she undertook a complete floor-to-ceiling renovation, which extended to the restaurant's Mediterranean menu, as well: She now focuses solely on regional Italian dishes, like farro lasagna with morels and speck (an Italian version of bacon) and orange-dusted scallops with asparagus and olives.
