Where are they now?

In 1998, Sinskey left PlumpJack Cafe in San Francisco to work full-time alongside her husband, Robert Sinskey, as Culinary Director at his eponymous Napa Valley winery, which uses 100 percent organic grapes and biodynamic farming techniques. In 2003, she also published her first cookbook, The Vineyard Kitchen. In November of 2006, Sinskey entered a Master of Wine program and plans to use her degree (if all goes well, she'll graduate in 2008) to educate others on the interconnectedness of food and wine.
