Where are they now?

Bouley's four New York City restaurants (he also opened Evolution in Miami in late 2006) offer refreshingly varied eating experiences—from Austrian–inspired dishes at Danube to sushi at Upstairs to house–made ice creams at Bouley Bakery & Market. As of early summer 2007, Bouley has plans to open two more restaurants, a French bistro and a Japanese venture, and to install a multimedia culinary library in the Bouley Test Kitchen, where he holds innovative cooking demonstrations.
