Where are they now?

In 2003, Dale shuttered Aspen, Colorado’s Renaissance and transformed the space into Range restaurant, which he subsequently sold along with its sister restaurant, Rustique Bistro. In 2005 he formed Dale’s Kitchen, a packaged-food company, in Savannah, Georgia. In April 2008, he became the executive chef at Terra restaurant at the Encantado resort in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
