Where are they now?

In addition to his enormously popular Radius, which he opened in 1999, Schlow is executive chef and co-owner of two other Boston restaurants, Via Matta and Great Bay, and owner of Alta Strada, which reflects his affinity for regional Italian food. He plans to create a second Alta Strada in the upcoming MGM Grand at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, an 8,000-square-foot restaurant that is scheduled to open in the spring of 2008.
