Where are they now?

In addition to Picholine, Brennan owns the cheese-lover's mecca Artisanal Bistro, Fromagerie and Wine Bar and runs the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center, a 10,000-square-foot facility that matures and distributes more than 300 cheeses. In the spring of 2007, he earned a place in the Guinness book of world records for creating the world's largest fondue (it weighed 2,100 pounds).
