Where are they now?

After more than five years at the helm of Seattle’s Campagne, Murphy left in 1999 to open Brasa with Bryan Hill, Campagne’s former general manager and wine director. The globally influenced restaurant offers two menus: The bar specializes in souped-up versions of comfort food-steamed clams with chorizo and chickpeas and pizza topped with figs, serrano ham and goat cheese—while the more expensive dining room serves fresh local seafood and pasture-raised meat.
