Where are they now?
In 1994, after Mondrian closed, Colicchio opened Gramercy Tavern with Danny Meyer (he has since sold his interest in the restaurant). In 2001, he created Craft restaurant in Manhattan, the first in his extensive empire, which now includes Craftsteak and 'wichcraft in New York City, plus Craft outposts in Dallas, Atlanta and Los Angeles. Colicchio is also cohost of Bravo's wildly popular TV showTop Chef.
