WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

Lynch, who rose to fame at Todd English's Olives and later at Galleria Italiana, the tiny trattoria where she earned her Best New Chef award, opened No. 9 Park in Boston (where she remains executive chef and owner) in 1998. She subsequently established the No. 9 Group, which includes South End favorites B&G Oysters Ltd., a chic, subterranean oyster bar; the Butcher Shop, a European-style store/wine bar serving homemade terrines, game and naturally raised beef cut in-house; Plum Produce, which stocks hard-to-find produce and herbs; and Niche Catour, a catering company.

Other projects: B&G Oysters Ltd. and Niche Catour, 550 Tremont St.; 617-423-0550 or bandgoysters.com and 617-423-4200 or nichecatour.com. Plum Produce, 106 Waltham St.; 617-423-PLUM or plum-produce.com.
