Bar Tartine This fall, the owners of Tartine Bakery are opening a wine bar a few blocks from their ridiculously popular café, selling sandwiches made with baker-owner Chad Robertson's divine bread—duck breast with fig-and-orange jam, for instance, and Fontina and quince paste.
