Redd Smack in the middle of Yountville's French restaurant row (Bouchon, Bistro Jeanty and the French Laundry), chef Richard Reddington's newest venture will serve American food, wine-country style, in an urbane space slated to open in mid-October. Reddington first garnered attention at San Francisco's Jardinière, then at Napa Valley's Auberge du Soleil; at Redd, he'll serve dishes like skate with crispy mirin-glazed pork belly.
