Noodle Palace Until recently, there wasn't a Vegas place for great wonton mein, a soup that's a Hong Kong obsession. Noodle Palace—five minutes from the Strip—does a $6 version with shrimp-infused broth that's full of hot shrimp dumplings. Specials are terrific, too, like the pea shoots in garlic sauce.
