most anticipated arrival Rhodes Restaurant, Calabash Hotel For the past four years, chef Gary Rhodes has taken time off from his two Michelin-starred London restaurants to consult at the fashionable 33-suite Calabash Hotel. In January of 2004, Rhodes will formalize this partnership with the opening of Rhodes Restaurant, his first overseas outpost, in the hotel's landscaped gardens overlooking the beach.
