Broccoli with Garlicky Tapenade
Steamed broccoli is perfectly fine on its own, but a little bit of this garlicky mix of chopped olives, anchovies, capers and basil really livens it up. The picky eaters on our tasting panel couldn't even taste the anchovies, and one of the finicky kids went so far as to choose this as her favorite.
