2001 Kir-Yianni Ramnista ($20) Produced from the Xinomavro (Ksee-NO-ma-vro) grape, called the Nebbiolo of Greece, this sumptuous, aromatic red from Stellios Boutaris represents the best of old- and new-world winemaking techniques.
