Not everyone craves a Coors or a Bud at the ballpark as author Peter Richmond does. The following stadiums offer a range of microbrew alternatives.
Coors Field, Denver It's surprising to find that a ballpark named after a mass-produced beer actually has a microbrewery connected to it. The stadium's Sandlot Brewery offers up to five varieties--including wheat, red and pilsner.
Comerica Park, Detroit This brand-spanking-new ballpark in Motor City arrives with the Detroit Beer Hall attached to it. If the Tigers lose, fans can drown their sorrows in more than 100 varieties of beer.
Jacobs Field, Cleveland The Indians' stadium serves up local brews like Crooked River Beer (which makes a special Ball Park Draft), Great Lakes Beer and Western Reserve Honey Brown.
Camden Yards, Baltimore Orioles fans can choose from 30 types of beer, including a selection of local microbrews.
Wrigley Field, Chicago The bleacher bums at Wrigley Field spend the summer drinking the local Goose Island Brewery's Summer Ale.
