Chefs Collaborative A 10-year-old organization created mainly by chefs to promote sustainable cuisine. Visit the Web site for lists of local restaurants that support sustainable farms (617-236-5200 or www.chefscollaborative.org).

Corporation for the Northern Rockies Supplies information on where to find sustainably produced foods and how to live an eco-friendly lifestyle; aimed primarily at residents of Idaho, Montana and Wyoming (406-222-0730 or www.northrock.org).

FoodRoutes Provides a Find Good Food map, which includes sustainable farms and farmers' markets throughout the U.S., and a list of community-supported agriculture (CSA) projects, which connect farms with consumers who pay to get regular produce shipments (814-349-6000 or www.foodroutes.org).
