Alfred Gratien Cuvée Paradis Brut Rosé NV ($110) It may not be cheap, but this paradisical special cuvée rosé Champagne, from a high-quality producer, is certainly well-named. A brilliant blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it's graceful and elegant, with notes of orange peel and spice.
