Reality TV: Bravo's Chef Competition

The knives will surely come out in Top Chef, Bravo's new reality show debuting March 8. Twelve contestants compete in a series of challenges, like working the line at San Francisco's Fleur de Lys. In each episode, one cook is eliminated by the judges, among them celebrity chef Tom Colicchio and F&W's Gail Simmons.
